Frequently Asked Questions

•How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

For ready to ship units, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship. If you purchase on a Friday after 5pm, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Processing and shipping times may vary during holidays. 

All custom wig orders are preorders on a 14-30 day timeframe.  Once we receive your order and payment is processed, we then place your order with our vendor. Once your items have been received by us and it’s confirmed accurate, we start prepping for construction 24-48 hours after. Once your unit is constructed and styled, you will receive a tracking update via your email address on file. 

•What if my address has changed? 
To keep the integrity of our business safe and secure,  the billing and shipping address must match the name of the purchaser.  If not, it will automatically be canceled. 

Please make sure all personal information is accurate and up to date before submitting an order to prevent cancellation. 

•How will I know my order is ready? 
All orders will receive a tracking update via the email provided in the order details. 

•Can I send my items back for  a refund?

Return requests on ready to ship units must be submitted within 24 hours of you receiving  your item.  Refunds may only be accepted if the items are still in the original packaging, lace uncut and tags still attached. 

All accepted returns have a $25 restocking fee.

All custom units are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. 

•Can I purchase hair extensions and/or closures?  We do not offer our hair extensions and closure products for separate purchasing.
